Abstract
(EN) A method for determining the generation of a hook effect, and an immunoassay method and device. The method comprises: obtaining an optical signal generated by performing immunoturbidimetric detection on a target solution, wherein the target solution is formed by adding an antigen solution to an antibody solution, and an antibody in the antibody solution combines with an antigen in the antigen solution to form an immune complex; converting the optical signal into an electrical signal; and when an initial value of the electrical signal meets a preset requirement, determining that a hook effect is generated in the target solution. By means of the foregoing manner, it is possible to quickly detect and confirm whether a hook effect is generated in the target solution.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer la génération d'un effet crochet, ainsi qu'un procédé et un dispositif d'immuno-essai. Le procédé consiste à : obtenir un signal optique généré en effectuant une détection immunoturbidimétrique sur une solution cible, la solution cible étant formée en ajoutant une solution d'antigène à une solution d'anticorps, et un anticorps dans la solution d'anticorps se combinant avec un antigène dans la solution d'antigène pour former un complexe immun ; convertir le signal optique en un signal électrique ; et, lorsqu'une valeur initiale du signal électrique satisfait une exigence prédéfinie, déterminer qu'un effet crochet est généré dans la solution cible. Au moyen de la manière précédente, il est possible de détecter et de confirmer rapidement si un effet crochet est ou non généré dans la solution cible.
(ZH) 一种判断产生钩状效应的方法、免疫分析方法以及装置,该方法包括:获取对目标溶液进行免疫比浊检测产生的光信号;其中,目标溶液由抗体溶液中加入抗原溶液形成,抗体溶液中的抗体与抗原溶液中的抗原结合形成免疫复合物;将光信号转化为电信号;在电信号的初始值满足预设要求时,确定目标溶液产生钩状效应。通过这样的方式,能够对目标溶液是否产生钩状效应进行快速地检测确认。
