Abstract
(EN) The present application relates to the technical field of optics, and disclosed is a method for manufacturing a light conversion layer, the method comprising: arranging a mask pattern in a light transmission area of a light-emitting unit layer; and arranging a metal gate structure in an area of the light-emitting unit layer which is not covered by the mask pattern. The method for manufacturing a light conversion layer provided in the present application can provide effective isolation/support for all pixels in a light conversion layer, facilitates normal activity of functions of the light conversion layer, and prevents a light conversion effect from being affected to the greatest extent. Further disclosed in the present application is a device for manufacturing a light conversion layer.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de l'optique, et concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une couche de conversion de lumière, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : arrangement d'un motif de masque dans une zone de transmission de lumière d'une couche d'unité d'émission de lumière ; et arrangement d'une structure de grille métallique dans une zone de la couche d'unité d'émission de lumière qui n'est pas recouverte par le motif de masque. Le procédé de fabrication d'une couche de conversion de lumière selon la présente invention peut fournir une isolation / un support efficace pour tous les pixels dans une couche de conversion de lumière, facilite l'activité normale des fonctions de la couche de conversion de lumière, et empêche autant que possible un effet de conversion de lumière d'être affecté. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de fabrication d'une couche de conversion de lumière.
