Abstract
(EN) Feruloyl esterase and an application thereof. The feruloyl esterase has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2, and the feruloyl esterase represents a specific enzyme activity of up to 519 U/g. A recombinant Bacillus subtilis takes Bacillus subtilis as a host to express a gene encoding the feruloyl esterase having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 2. The recombinant Bacillus subtilis is inoculated into a fermentation medium for fermentation for 14 h, so that the feruloyl esterase in a cell disruption supernatant has an enzyme activity of up to 82.53 U/mL.

La féruloyl estérase possède une séquence d'acides aminés telle que représentée dans la SEQ ID NO. 2, et la féruloyl estérase représente une activité enzymatique spécifique allant jusqu'à 519 U/g. Un Bacillus subtilis recombiné prend Bacillus subtilis comme hôte pour exprimer un gène codant pour la féruloyl estérase ayant une séquence d'acides aminés telle que représentée dans SEQ ID NO. 2. Le Bacillus subtilis recombiné est inoculé dans un milieu de fermentation pour une fermentation de 14 h, de sorte que la féruloyl estérase dans un surnageant de perturbation cellulaire présente une activité enzymatique allant jusqu'à 82,53 U/mL.
(ZH) 一种阿魏酸酯酶及其应用,该阿魏酸酯酶的氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO.2所示,此阿魏酸酯酶的比酶活高达519U/g。一株重组枯草芽孢杆菌,以枯草芽孢杆菌为宿主,表达编码氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO.2所示的阿魏酸酯酶的基因,将此重组枯草芽孢杆菌接种至发酵培养基中进行发酵,发酵14h,细胞破碎上清液中阿魏酸酯酶的酶活高达82.53U/mL。
