Abstract
(EN) A method for site-specific and dynamic base station beam codebook design is provided. The method includes receiving, from a user equipment (UE), a measurement report comprising a best beam index and a corresponding received power. The method also includes estimating a UE channel including a path gain and angle of departure. The method also includes updating a site-specific codebook based on the estimated UE channel. The method further includes transmitting control and data signals to the UE using the updated site-specific codebook.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de conception de livre de codes de faisceau de station de base (BS) dynamique et spécifique à un site. Le procédé consiste à recevoir, en provenance d'un équipement utilisateur (UE), un rapport de mesure comprenant un meilleur indice de faisceau et une puissance reçue correspondante. Le procédé consiste également à estimer un canal d'UE comprenant un gain de trajet et un angle de départ. Le procédé consiste également à mettre à jour un livre de codes spécifique à un site sur la base du canal d'UE estimé. Le procédé consiste également à émettre des signaux de données et de commande à l'UE à l'aide du livre de codes spécifique à un site.
