Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine (10), mit einem Brennraum (14), einem Ansaugtrakt (12), einem Abgastrakt (16), einer in dem Abgastrakt angeordneten Abgasnachbehandlungseinrichtung (20), einem in dem Abgastrakt (16) stromauf der Abgasnachbehandlungseinrichtung (20) angeordneten Heizelement (18) und mit einem Abgasturbolader (22), welcher ein Verdichterrad als erstes Laufrad (24) und ein Turbinenrad als zweites Laufrad (26) und eine elektrische Maschine aufweist, mittels welcher in einem Heizbetrieb zumindest eines der Laufräder (24, 26) antreibbar ist, wodurch in dem Heizbetrieb mittels des zumindest einen Laufrads (24,26) in den Abgastrakt (16) Luft als Heizmedium zu fördern ist, welches mittels des Heizelements (18) erwärmbar ist, wobei wenigstens ein innerhalb des Abgasturboladers (22) verlaufendes und von dem Heizmedium durchströmbares Leitungselement (28) vorgesehen ist, mittels welchem zumindest ein Teil des Heizmediums von dem Ansaugtrakt 12 in den Abgastrakt 16 durch den Abgasturbolader (22) hindurchführbar ist.
