Abstract
(EN) A novel intumescent fireproof flame-retardant system, a coating, a flame retardant, and a sizing agent. A carbon source in the flame-retardant system is a phenolic resin, an acid aldehyde epoxy resin, PPO polyphenyl ether and/or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), an acid source is aryl phosphate ester, and the aryl phosphate ester is RDP, DMP, TPP and/or BDPO. The fireproof intumescent system is formed by reducing a conventional ternary carbon source, an acid source and a gas source to be binary, the acid/gas source is an acid flame retardant, gas is generated in a thermal decomposition reaction process, and the gas and gas generated by the carbon source serve as a gas source together. Weather resistance, durability and other weak points of the existing intumescent flame-retardant systems are improved, and the intumescent flame-retardant system can be widely applied to fireproof coatings and flame-retardant products.
(FR) L'invention concerne un nouveau système intumescent ignifuge retardateur de flamme, un revêtement, un retardateur de flamme et un agent d'apprêt. Une source de carbone présente dans le système retardateur de flamme consiste en une résine phénolique, une résine époxy aldéhydique acide, un éther polyphénylique (PPO) et/ou un sulfure de polyphénylène (PPS), une source d'acide consiste en un ester arylique de phosphate, et l'ester arylique de phosphate est le RDP, le DMP, le TPP et/ou le BDPO. Le système intumescent ignifuge est formé par réduction d'une source de carbone ternaire classique, d'une source d'acide et d'une source de gaz en une forme binaire, la source d'acide/de gaz est un retardateur de flamme acide, du gaz est généré dans le cadre d'un processus de réaction de décomposition thermique, et le gaz et le gaz généré par la source de carbone servent conjointement de source de gaz. (ZH) 一种新型膨胀型防火阻燃体系及涂料、阻燃剂和浆料剂,所述阻燃体系中炭源为酚醛树脂、酸醛环氧树脂、PPO聚苯醚和/或聚亚苯基硫醚PPS,酸源为芳基磷酸酯,所述芳基磷酸酯为RDP,DMP,TPP和/或BDPO。上述防火膨胀体系由传统三元炭源、酸源、气源缩减为二元组成,酸/气源即为酸性阻燃剂,并于热分解反应过程产生气体,与炭源产生的气体共同作为气源。针对现有的膨胀阻燃体系的耐候及耐用性等薄弱点予以提升,可大量使用于防火涂料,阻燃产品。
