Abstract
(EN) A mineralized foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particle, composed of a virus-like particle and a mineralized shell covering the surface of the particle. The foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particle is formed by assembling a structural protein VP0, a structural protein VP1, and a structural protein VP3 of a foot-and-mouth disease virus, and then the mineralized shell covering the surface is obtained by means of mineralization treatment of a mineralizing solution. The mineralization solution is composed of a material containing calcium ions and phosphate ions, wherein a concentration ratio of the calcium ions to the phosphate ions is 1.33-2.0, and a mineralization shell having the thickness of 35-50 nm is formed on the surface of the foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particle by means of mineralization treatment. The mineralized foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particle can improve the stability of the virus-like particle, and increase the number of the virus-like particles entering cells, thus an organism is induced to generate more specific antibodies and neutralizing antibodies.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une particule de type virus de la fièvre aphteuse minéralisée, composée d'une particule de type virus et d'une enveloppe minéralisée recouvrant la surface de la particule. La particule de type virus de la fièvre aphteuse est formée par assemblage d'une protéine structurale VP0, d'une protéine structurale VP1, et d'une protéine structurale VP3 d'un virus de la fièvre aphteuse, puis l'enveloppe minéralisée recouvrant la surface est obtenue au moyen d'un traitement de minéralisation d'une solution de minéralisation. La solution de minéralisation est composée d'un matériau contenant des ions calcium et des ions phosphate, un rapport de concentration des ions calcium aux ions phosphate étant de 1,33 à 2,0, et une enveloppe de minéralisation ayant l'épaisseur de 35 à 50 nm étant formée sur la surface de la particule de type virus de la fièvre aphteuse au moyen d'un traitement de minéralisation. La particule de type virus de la fièvre aphteuse minéralisée peut améliorer la stabilité de la particule de type virus, et augmenter le nombre de particules de type virus entrant dans des cellules, ainsi un organisme est induit pour générer des anticorps plus spécifiques et des anticorps neutralisants.
(ZH) 一种矿化口蹄疫病毒样颗粒,由病毒样颗粒和颗粒表面覆盖的矿化外壳构成,所述的口蹄疫病毒样颗粒是由口蹄疫病毒的结构蛋白VP0、结构蛋白VP1和结构蛋白VP3组装而成,然后通过矿化液矿化处理获得了表面覆盖的矿化外壳。矿化液是由含有钙离子和磷酸根离子的材料构成,其中钙离子和磷酸根离子的浓度比为1.33-2.0,通过矿化处理在口蹄疫病毒样颗粒表面形成35-50nm厚的矿化外壳。矿化口蹄疫病毒样颗粒可以提高病毒样颗粒稳定性,使进入细胞内的数量增加,从而诱导机体产生更多的特异性抗体和中和抗体。
