Abstract
(EN) Provided is a machining program editing assist device that, when a change is made in a CAD drawing, easily causes the change to be reflected in a machining program. The machining program editing assist device comprises: a CAD data analysis unit which analyzes CAD data of a workpiece after a modification, and acquires CAD shape information that is shape information about the workpiece after the modification; a machining program analysis unit which analyzes a machining program before the modification, and acquires machining shape information that is shape information about the workpiece before the modification; an input shape prediction unit which acquires predicted shape information by performing shape matching between the CAD shape information acquired by the CAD data analysis unit and the machining shape information before the modification acquired by the machining program analysis unit, and identifying a modified shape; and an NC program auto-generation unit which, on the basis of the predicted shape information acquired by the input shape prediction unit, inserts a machining route that is present only in the CAD data into the machining program, and deletes a machining route that is present only in the machining program from the machining program.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aide à l'édition de programme d'usinage qui, lorsqu'un changement est effectué dans un dessin de CAO, provoque facilement le reflet du changement dans un programme d'usinage. (JA) CAD図面を変更する際、当該変更を簡単に加工プログラムに反映する加工プログラム編集支援装置を提供する。 変更後のワークのCADデータを解析して、変更後のワークの形状情報であるCAD形状情報を得るCADデータ解析部と、変更前の加工プログラムを解析して、変更前のワークの形状情報である加工形状情報を得る加工プログラム解析部と、CADデータ解析部によって得られたCAD形状情報と加工プログラム解析部によって得られた変更前の加工形状情報との形状のマッチングを行い、変更した形状を特定して予測形状情報を得る入力形状予測部と、入力形状予測部によって得られた予測形状情報に基づいて、CADデータにのみ存在する加工経路を前記加工プログラムに挿入し、加工プログラムにのみ存在する加工経路を前記加工プログラムから削除するNCプログラム自動生成部と、を備える。
