Abstract
(EN) The present invention fragments waste gypsum using two mills. Each of the mills has a feeding slot at one end thereof and a discharge slot at the other end, and causes a rotary shaft equipped with a hammer to rotate in a casing. A first-stage mill is configured to have a mesh with an opening size of 12-30 mm, while a second-stage mill is configured to have a mesh with an opening size of 3-12 mm. The present invention involves feeding waste gypsum into the first-stage mill, and feeding the waste gypsum having passed through the mesh of the first-stage mill into the second-stage mill, to obtain paper fragments and foreign objects from the respective discharge slots of the first-stage and second-stage mills, and to obtain granular bodies of waste gypsum from the mesh of the second-stage mill.
(FR) La présente invention fragmente du gypse résiduaire à l'aide de deux broyeurs. Chacun des broyeurs a une fente d'alimentation au niveau d’une de ses extrémités et une fente de décharge au niveau de l'autre extrémité, et entraîne un arbre rotatif équipé d'un marteau en rotation dans un boîtier. Un broyeur de premier étape est conçu pour avoir une maille ayant une taille d'ouverture de 12 à 30 mm, tandis qu'un broyeur de seconde étape est conçu pour avoir une maille ayant une taille d'ouverture de 3 à 12 mm. La présente invention consiste à introduire du gypse résiduaire dans le broyeur de première étape, et introduire le gypse résiduaire ayant traversé la maille du broyeur de première étape dans le broyeur de seconde étape, pour obtenir des fragments de papier et des corps étrangers à partir des fentes de décharge respectives des broyeurs de première étape et de seconde étape, et pour obtenir des corps granulaires de gypse résiduaire à partir de la maille du broyeur de seconde étape.
(JA) 2台のミルを用いて廃石膏を破砕する。ミルはいずれも一端部に投入口を他端部に排出口を備え、かつケーシング内でハンマーを備えた回転軸を回転させる。1段目のミルはメッシュの開口を12mm以上30mm以下とし、2段目のミルはメッシュの開口を3mm以上12mm以下とする。1段目のミルに廃石膏を投入し、1段目のミルのメッシュを通過した廃石膏を2段目のミルに投入し、1段目のミルと2段目のミルの排出口から紙片と異物を得、2段目のミルのメッシュから廃石膏粒体を得る。
