Abstract
(EN) [Problem] To provide a polyfunctional multi-piezo material that has both high piezoelectricity and high stress luminescence characteristics. [Solution] A polyfunctional multi-piezo material represented by chemical formula Li(1-X)(1+α)NaXNbO3:My (in the formula, M represents at least one metal ion selected from among transition metal ions), wherein: X is 0.10-0.98 inclusive; Y is 0.0001-0.2 inclusive; and α is 0 or more. Such a polyfunctional multi-piezo material has both high piezoelectricity and high stress luminescence characteristics.
(FR) L’invention vise à fournir un matériau multi-piézoélectrique polyfonctionnel ayant des caractéristiques tant de grande piézoélectricité que de luminescence sous contrainte élevée. L’invention concerne à cet effet un matériau multi-piézoélectrique polyfonctionnel représenté par la formule chimique Li(1-X)(1+α)NaXNbO3:My (dans la formule, M représente au moins un ion métallique choisi parmi les ions de métaux de transition), dans laquelle : X vaut 0,10 à 0,98, limites comprises ; Y vaut 0,0001 à 0,2, limites comprises ; et α vaut 0 ou plus. Un tel matériau multi-piézoélectrique polyfonctionnel a des caractéristiques tant de piézoélectricité élevée que de luminescence élevée sous contrainte.
(JA) 【課題】高い圧電性と高い応力発光性とを兼ね備えた多機能性マルチピエゾ材料を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】化学式Li(1-X)(1+α)NaNbO:M(ただし、Mは、遷移金属イオンから選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属イオン)で表され、Xの値が0.10以上で0.98以下、Yの値が0.0001以上で0.2以下の範囲で、αが0以上の範囲にある多機能性マルチピエゾ材料である。このような多機能性マルチピエゾ材料は、高い圧電性と高い応力発光性とを兼ね備えている。
