(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'électrophorèse capillaire hautement sensible caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une source de lumière (101), un miroir (111) permettant le passage de la lumière émise par la source de lumière (101) en va-et-vient à travers un capillaire (5), et une photodiode de mesure (113) permettant de détecter un signal optique en fonction de la lumière ayant traversé le capillaire (5).
