Abstract
(EN) A method for obtaining zerovalent iron nanoparticles The present invention relates to a method for obtaining graphitised zerovalent iron nanoparticles from agricultural waste. It is a low-cost process that does not generate waste since all the products and by-products obtained can also be used. The method comprises the following steps: a) conditioning of the agricultural waste by grinding, mixing with water and subsequent ultrafiltration; b) hydrothermal carbonisation of the permeate obtained in step a) in the presence of an iron salt; and c) gas-phase graphitisation of the amorphous carbon-coated iron nanoparticles obtained in the previous step and isolation of the graphitised particles obtained.
(ES) Procedimiento para obtención de nanopartículas de hierro cerovalente La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento que permite obtener nanopartículas de hierro de valencia cero grafitizadas a partir de residuos agrícolas. Se trata de un proceso de bajo coste que no genera residuos ya que permite el aprovechamiento de todos los productos y subproductos obtenidos. El procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: a) acondicionamiento del residuo agrícola mediante su trituración, mezclado con agua y subsiguiente ultrafiltración, b) carbonización hidrotermal del permeado obtenido en la etapa a) en presencia de una sal de hierro, c) grafitización en fase gaseosa de las nanopartículas de hierro recubiertas con carbón amorfo obtenidas en la etapa anterior y aislamiento de las partículas grafitizadas obtenidas.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'obtenir des nanoparticules de fer à valence zéro graphitisé à partir de résidus agricoles. Il s'agit d'un procédé à bas coût qui ne génère pas de résidus puisqu'il permet l'utilisation de tous les produits et sous-produits obtenus. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: a) le conditionnement du résidu agricole par trituration, le mélange avec de l'eau et l'ultrafiltration subséquente, b) la carbonisation hydrothermal du perméat obtenu à l'étape a) en présence d'un sel de fer, c) la graphitisation en phase gazeuse des nanoparticules de fer recouvertes de carbone amorphe obtenues à l'étape précédente et l'isolement des particules graphitisées obtenues.
