Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to methods for increasing yield of compounds of interest produced by microbial cells, in particular recombination proteins produced by microbial cells. The present invention also relates to the use of peptone as a yield increasing agent in a method of production of a compound of interest. The present invention provides the compounds of interest, such as recombinant proteins, obtained by the method of the invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés visant à augmenter le rendement en composés d'intérêt produits par des cellules microbiennes, en particulier des protéines de recombinaison produites par des cellules microbiennes. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de peptone en tant qu'agent d'augmentation de rendement dans un procédé de production d'un composé d'intérêt. La présente invention concerne les composés d'intérêt, tels que des protéines recombinantes, obtenus par le procédé de l'invention.
