Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Positionssensor zum Bestimmen der Position einer Ventilstange (230) eines Stellventils (200) vorgeschlagen, mit einem Zeiger (240) aus einem magnetisch und/oder elektrisch leitenden Material, der bei einer Bewegung der Ventilstange (200) mitgeführt wird, und mit mindestens einem Modul (250) aus einer Leiterplatte mit mindestens einer aufgedruckten Flachspule (260, 265, 270). Der Zeiger (240) überstreicht bei einer Bewegung der Ventilstange (230) berührungslos die mindestens eine Flachspule (260, 265, 270). Ferner mit einem Messwandler, welche an der mindestens einen Flachspule (260, 265, 270) ein Signal misst, das Rückschlüsse über die Relativposition von Zeiger (240) und Flachspule (260, 265, 270) erlaubt. Ein solcher Positionssensor für Stellventile (200) ist sehr kostengünstig herzustellen und hat, bedingt durch den geringen Abstand, in dem der Zeiger (240) das mindestens eine Modul (250) überstreicht, einen niedrigen Energiebedarf.
(EN) The invention relates to a position sensor for determining the position of a valve rod (230) of a control valve (200), comprising a pointer (240), which is made of a magnetically and/or electrically conductive material and which is carried along during a movement of the valve rod (200), and at least one module (250) made of a printed circuit board with at least one printed flat coil (260, 265, 270). The pointer (240) passes over the at least one flat coil (260, 265, 270) in a contactless manner when the valve rod (230) moves. The position sensor additionally comprises a measuring transducer which measures a signal on the at least one flat coil (260, 265, 270) that allows the relative position between the pointer (240) and the flat coil (260, 265, 270) to be inferred. Such a position sensor for control valves (200) is very inexpensive to produce and requires little energy by virtue of the short distance over which the pointer (240) passes over the at least one module (250).
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un capteur de position permettant de déterminer la position d'une tige de soupape (230) d'une soupape de commande (200), comprenant un pointeur (240), constitué d'un matériau magnéto- et/ou électro-conducteur et transporté pendant un déplacement de la tige de soupape (200), et au moins un module (250) constitué d'une carte de circuit imprimé munie d'au moins une bobine plate imprimée (260, 265, 270). Le pointeur (240) passe sur l'au moins une bobine plate (260, 265, 270) sans contact lorsque la tige de soupape (230) se déplace. Le capteur de position comprend en outre un transducteur de mesure qui mesure un signal sur l'au moins une bobine plate (260, 265, 270) permettant de déduire la position relative entre le pointeur (240) et la bobine plate (260, 265, 270). Ledit capteur de position de soupapes de commande (200) est très peu coûteux à produire et nécessite peu d'énergie grâce à la courte distance parcourue par le pointeur (240) passant sur l'au moins un module (250).
