Abstract
(EN) A heat exchanger assembly for thermal regulation of battery cells or modules for electric vehicles including a heat exchanger inner circuit, an inlet port (4) for supplying a heat transfer medium to the heat exchanger inner circuit, an outlet port (7) for discharging the heat transfer medium from the heat exchanger inner circuit, and at least one battery cell (1) or battery module (17). The heat exchanger assembly comprises a shaped seal (2) of an elastomeric material, wherein at least a portion of the heat exchanger inner circuit is defined by two parallel surfaces and the shaped seal (2) for the flow of the heat transfer medium, wherein at least one of the parallel surfaces is the surface of the battery cell (1) or battery module (17), and the at least a portion of the heat exchanger inner circuit is linked by its first end to the inlet port (4) and, by its second end, to the outlet port (7).
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble échangeur de chaleur pour la régulation thermique d'éléments ou de modules de batterie pour véhicules électriques comprenant un circuit interne d'échangeur de chaleur, un orifice d'entrée (4) pour fournir un milieu de transfert de chaleur au circuit interne d'échangeur de chaleur, un orifice de sortie (7) pour décharger le milieu de transfert de chaleur du circuit interne d'échangeur de chaleur, et au moins un élément de batterie (1) ou un module de batterie (17). L'ensemble échangeur de chaleur comprend un joint profilé (2) d'un matériau élastomère, au moins une partie du circuit interne d'échangeur de chaleur étant définie par deux surfaces parallèles et le joint profilé (2) pour l'écoulement du milieu de transfert de chaleur, au moins l'une des surfaces parallèles étant la surface de l'élément de batterie (1) ou du module de batterie (17), et l'au moins une partie du circuit interne d'échangeur de chaleur est reliée par sa première extrémité à l'orifice d'entrée (4) et, par sa seconde extrémité, à l'orifice de sortie (7).
