Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a preparation method for an MBR flat filter membrane for domestic sewage treatment. The method comprises the following steps: modification of nanoparticles, preparation of a polyethylene membrane-casting solution, preparation of a polyethylene flat membrane, amino acid modification, and preparation of the MBR flat filter membrane. The chemical stability of the membrane is improved by using the advantages of polyethylene such as high air permeability, high crystallinity, good chemical stability, and corrosion resistance to most acids and alkalis; the modified nanoparticles are used as a main material, such that the prepared membrane has the advantages of antibacterial and hydrophilic properties; a hydrophilic substance amino acid solution is grafted on the surfaces of the nanoparticles, such that on the one hand, the agglomeration phenomenon of the nanoparticles can be reduced, on the other hand, the hydrophilicity of the membrane can be further improved and the water output flux of the membrane can be further increased; the interaction of hydrophilicity is formed between the inside and the surface of the membrane, such that the anti-pollution capability of the membrane is more excellent. The present invention is simple and feasible in process operation, and has stable process parameters, low requirements on a process environment, and low costs.
(FR) Un procédé de préparation d'une membrane filtrante plate MBR pour le traitement d'eaux usées domestiques est divulgué. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : la modification de nanoparticules, la préparation d'une solution de coulée de la membrane de polyéthylène, la préparation d'une membrane plate de polyéthylène, la modification d'acides aminés, et la préparation de la membrane filtrante plate MBR. La stabilité chimique de la membrane est améliorée au moyen des avantages du polyéthylène tels qu'une perméabilité à l'air élevée, une cristallinité élevée, une bonne stabilité chimique et une résistance à la corrosion pour la plupart des acides et des alcalis ; les nanoparticules modifiées sont utilisées comme matériau principal, de sorte que la membrane préparée présente les avantages de propriétés antibactériennes et hydrophiles ; une solution d'acides aminés de substance hydrophile est greffée sur les surfaces des nanoparticules, de sorte que, d'une part, le phénomène d'agglomération des nanoparticules puisse être réduit, d'autre part, l'hydrophilie de la membrane puisse être encore améliorée et le flux de sortie d'eau de la membrane puisse être encore augmenté ; l'interaction de l'hydrophilie se forme entre l'intérieur et la surface de la membrane, de sorte que la capacité anti-pollution de la membrane soit meilleure. (ZH) 本发明公开了一种用于生活污水处理的MBR平板滤膜的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:纳米颗粒的改性、聚乙烯铸膜液的制备、聚乙烯平板膜的制备、氨基酸改性、MBR平板滤膜的制备。通过采利用聚乙烯本身通气性高,有较高的结晶度,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀等优点,提高了膜的化学稳定性;采用改性纳米颗粒作为主物料,将使得制成的膜具备抗菌和亲水性能的优点;在纳米颗粒表面接枝亲水性物质氨基酸溶液,一方面可以降低纳米颗粒团聚的现象,另一方面可以进一步提高膜的亲水性,增加膜的出水通量;膜内部及表面形成亲水性的共同作用,使得膜的抗污染能力更为优异;本发明的工艺操作简单易行,工艺参数稳定,对工艺环境的要求低,成本低廉。
