Abstract
(EN) An automatic weighing method for rubber parts. The method comprises the following steps: S1: start-up preparation; S2: formula preparation; S3: on-site confirmation; S4: formula download; S5': automatic alarm; S5: weighing and discharge; S5": ingredient check; and S6: ingredient collection. A feeding pipe is provided at an upper opening of a discharge compartment (51); a discharge helical blade (52) is rotatably provided in the discharge compartment (51) by means of a conveying shaft (53); a discharge plate (54) is provided below the discharge helical blade (52); a discharge port (541) is formed in the discharge plate (54); a conveying pipe (55) is fixed on the lower side wall of the discharge compartment (51), and the conveying pipe (55) is in communication with the inner compartment of the discharge compartment (51); a helical conveying blade (56) is rotatably provided in the conveying pipe (55) by means of the conveying shaft (53), and a discharge pipe (57) located right under the conveying pipe is connected to the conveying pipe (55); and a sealing slide plate (58) is slidingly inserted into the discharge pipe (57), and a metering scale is provided on the sealing slide plate (58), such that weight check of various ingredients can be performed, thereby achieving the function of rapid, efficient, and accurate automatic preparation of ingredients of rubber parts.

Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : S1 : démarrage de la préparation ; S2 : préparation de formule ; S3 : confirmation sur site ; S4 : téléchargement de formule ; S5' : alarme automatique ; S5 : pesage et évacuation ; S5" : vérification des ingrédients ; et S6 : collecte des ingrédients.
