Abstract
(EN) An electric vehicle low-temperature charging control system, the system comprising: an offboard charger (101), a power battery (103), a battery management system (102), a controller (104), and a PTC heater (105); when the battery management system (102) determines that the temperature of the battery (103) is lower than a set temperature threshold lower limit, a normal heating procedure for the power battery (103) is entered; when the controller (104) determines that the temperature of the battery (103) is higher than a temperature threshold upper limit, the battery management system (102) sends a charging request current to the offboard charger (101) and a normal charging procedure for the power battery (103) is entered; and when the controller (104) determines that the temperature of the power battery (103) is between the temperature threshold lower limit and the temperature threshold upper limit and an activation condition for the PTC heater (105) is met, a simultaneous charging and heating procedure is entered; the present system can solve the problem of the current inputted to the power battery (103) being lower than the value required thereby because of the PTC (105) consuming the charging electrical energy of the power battery (103) during a simultaneous charging and heating procedure, achieving the objective of shortening the low-temperature charging time, and can also prevent overcharging of the power battery (103), ensuring the safety of the power battery (103).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de commande de charge à basse température de véhicule électrique, le système comprenant : un chargeur non transporté (101), une batterie d'alimentation (103), un système de gestion de batterie (102), un dispositif de commande (104), et un élément chauffant à PTC (105) ; lorsque le système de gestion de batterie (102) détermine que la température de la batterie (103) est inférieure à une limite inférieure de seuil de température définie, une procédure de chauffage normal pour la batterie d'alimentation (103) est mise en œuvre ; lorsque le dispositif de commande (104) détermine que la température de la batterie (103) est supérieure à une limite supérieure de seuil de température, le système de gestion de batterie (102) envoie un courant de demande de charge au chargeur non transporté (101) et une procédure de charge normale pour la batterie d'alimentation (103) est mise en œuvre ; et lorsque le dispositif de commande (104) détermine que la température de la batterie d'alimentation (103) se situe entre la limite inférieure de seuil de température et la limite supérieure de seuil de température et une condition d'activation pour le dispositif de chauffage PTC (105) est satisfaite, une procédure de charge et de chauffage simultanés est mise en œuvre ; le présent système peut résoudre le problème selon lequel le courant entré dans la batterie d'alimentation (103) est inférieur à la valeur requise du fait que le PTC (105) consomme l'énergie électrique de charge de la batterie d'alimentation (103) pendant une procédure de charge et de chauffage simultanés, ce qui permet d'atteindre l'objectif de raccourcir le temps de charge à basse température, et permet également d'empêcher une surcharge de la batterie d'alimentation (103), ce qui assure la sécurité de la batterie d'alimentation (103).
