Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention is a cylindrical plastic housing with a built-in wide rib. The cylindrical plastic housing comprises a plastic housing body, a shape control mechanism and a laser, wherein the plastic housing body comprises a hollow cylinder, at least one wide rib and at least one groove provided in an inner wall of the cylinder; an edge of the at least one wide rib is arranged in the at least one groove; the shape control mechanism comprises at least one shape control sleeving member; and the at least one shape control sleeving member is sleeved on the periphery of the cylinder and corresponds to the at least one wide rib. Further disclosed in the present invention is a welding method for the cylindrical plastic housing with the built-in wide rib. According to the present invention, the wide rib increases a force bearing point in an axis direction of the cylinder, thereby making adding parts or structural features to the cylinder possible; the requirement for light transmittance of a cylinder material is eliminated, and the cylinder surface deformation caused by input heat in a welding process is reduced; clamp-free welding of the wide rib can be realized; and a gap between a trapezoidal protrusion and the groove can store overflowing materials formed by the thermal expansion of materials in the welding process, and cylinder deformation is thus avoided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un boîtier en plastique cylindrique avec une nervure large intégrée. Le boîtier en plastique cylindrique comprend un corps de boîtier en plastique, un mécanisme de contrôle de forme et un laser, le corps de boîtier en plastique comprenant un cylindre creux, au moins une nervure large et au moins une rainure disposée dans une paroi interne du cylindre ; un bord de la ou des nervures larges est disposé dans la ou les rainures ; le mécanisme de contrôle de forme comprend au moins un élément de manchonnage à contrôle de forme ; et le ou les éléments de manchonnage à contrôle de forme sont emmanchés sur la périphérie du cylindre et correspondent à la ou aux nervures larges.
