Abstract
(EN) An automated device for material cutting machining, comprising a base (1). Four corners of the base (1) are fixedly connected to a support (2); the support (2) is fixedly connected to a fixed plate (3); a workbench (10) is provided above the base (1); a slidable cutting assembly is provided below the fixed plate (3); four corners of the bottom surface of the workbench (10) are fixedly connected to posts (11); the upper surface of the workbench (10) is fixedly connected to a clamping assembly (12); the left side of the workbench (10) is provided with a feeding assembly; and the right side of the workbench (10) is provided with a discharge conveying assembly. The present application solves the problems that the existing devices for material cutting machining has low cutting efficiency and cannot meet quality requirements in terms of cutting precision, thus reducing product quality, and that manual feeding and discharging is time-consuming and laborious. The structural design is reasonable, the automatic operation is achieved, workpieces can be machined accurately, such that the cutting efficiency and the production efficiency are improved, the products meet quality requirements, and the technical effect of saving time and labor is achieved.
(FR) Dispositif automatisé pour usinage par enlèvement de matière, comprenant une base (1). Quatre coins de la base (1) sont reliés à demeure à un support (2); le support (2) est relié à demeure à une plaque fixe (3); un établi (10) est situé au-dessus de la base (1); un ensemble de coupe coulissant est situé au-dessous de la plaque fixe (3); quatre coins de la surface inférieure de l'établi (10) sont reliés à demeure à des montants (11); la surface supérieure de l'établi (10) est reliée à demeure à un ensemble de serrage (12); le côté gauche de l'établi (10) est pourvu d'un ensemble d'alimentation; et le côté droit de l'établi (10) est pourvu d'un ensemble de transport d'évacuation. La présente demande résout les problèmes selon lesquels les dispositifs existants pour l'usinage par enlèvement de matière présentent une faible efficacité de coupe et ne peuvent pas satisfaire aux exigences de qualité en matière de précision de coupe, ce qui réduit la qualité du produit, et selon lesquels l'alimentation et l'évacuation manuelles sont chronophages et laborieuses. La conception structurale est raisonnable, le fonctionnement automatique est réalisé, les pièces peuvent être usinées avec précision, de telle sorte que l'efficacité de coupe et l'efficacité de production sont améliorées, les produits satisfont aux exigences de qualité et l'effet technique d'économie de temps et de main-d'œuvre est obtenu.
