Abstract
(EN) A chemical raw material screening device, comprising a housing (1). A telescopic electric motor (3) is arranged inside the housing, and the telescopic electric motor (3) drives a screen frame (2) to reciprocate, so that raw materials are screened by means of a screen mesh (4). A guide plate (8) is further arranged inside the housing, such that the raw materials are prevented from falling onto the telescopic electric motor (3). During screening, finer raw materials fall onto a flow guide plate (7) by means of the screen mesh (4) and are discharged through a second through hole (6); and larger particles are discharged through a first through hole (5), thereby realizing separation of the two. In addition, a second servo electric motor (15) and a first servo electric motor (12) are further arranged inside the housing (1), wherein the first servo electric motor (12) drives a brush (14) to rotate, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the lower surface of the screen mesh (4), and preventing the finer raw materials from being attached to the lower surface of the screen mesh (4); and the second servo electric motor (15) drives a sliding block (11) to move on a sliding rail (10), so that the brush (14) moves, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the screen mesh and facilitating the use thereof.
(FR) Dispositif de criblage de matières premières chimiques, comprenant un boîtier (1). Un moteur électrique télescopique (3) est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier, et le moteur électrique télescopique (3) entraîne un cadre de criblage (2) dans un mouvement de va-et-vient, de sorte que les matières premières sont criblées au moyen d'une toile de criblage (4). Une plaque de guidage (8) est en outre disposée à l'intérieur du boîtier, de sorte que les matières premières ne risquent pas de chuter sur le moteur électrique télescopique (3). Le premier servomoteur électrique (12) entraîne une brosse (14) en rotation, facilitant ainsi le nettoyage de la surface inférieure de la toile de criblage (4) et empêchant les matières premières plus fines d'être fixées à la surface inférieure de la toile de criblage (4) ; et le deuxième servomoteur électrique (15) entraîne un bloc coulissant (11) à se déplacer sur un rail de coulissement (10), de sorte que la brosse (14) se déplace, améliorant ainsi l'effet de nettoyage de la toile de criblage et facilitant son utilisation.
(ZH) 一种化工原料筛选装置,包括壳体(1),壳体内部设有伸缩电机(3),伸缩电机(3)带动筛框(2)往复运动,进而使得原料在筛网(4)上进行筛选;壳体内还设有导向板(8),避免原料落在伸缩电机(3)上,在筛选时,较细的原料通过筛网(4)落在导流板(7)上,经过第二通孔(6)排出,较大的颗粒通过第一通孔(5)排出,实现分离;此外,壳体(1)内还设有第二伺服电机(15)和第一伺服电机(12),第一伺服电机(12)带动毛刷(14)转动,进而便于对筛网(4)的下表面进行清扫,避免较细的原料吸附在筛网(4)的下表面,而第二伺服电机(15)带动滑块(11)在滑轨(10)上进行移动,使得毛刷(14)进行移动,提高对筛网的清扫效果,方便使用。
