Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method and to a system for the construction of high-performance digital signal constellations based on topological mapping between the four-dimensional geometric space and the three-dimensional geometric space, that is intended for use in telecommunications, in particular in coherent communication systems. According to the present invention, the topological mapping is therefore provided with spherical shells on the geometric space of the signals.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système pour la construction de constellations de signaux numériques haute performance, se fondant sur un mappage topologique entre l’espace géométrique de quatre dimensions et l’espace géométrique de trois dimensions, trouvant une application dans les télécommunications, notamment dans les systèmes cohérents de communication. Ainsi, la présente invention se rapporte au mappage topologique des coques sphériques (MTCE), lequel est réalisé sur l’espace géométrique des signaux.
(PT) A presente invenção se refere a um método e a um sistema para a construção de constelações de sinais digitais de alto desempenho baseado em um mapeamento topológico entre o espaço geométrico de quatro dimensões e o espaço geométrico de três dimensões, com aplicação voltada para as telecomunicações, particularmente em sistemas coerentes de comunicação. Assim, de acordo com a presente invenção, é provido o mapeamento topológico das cascas esféricas (MTCE), o qual é realizado sobre o espaço geométrico dos sinais.
