Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure is directed to a system and method to allow sellers of products to establish individual products in a multilevel marketing (MLM) commission system, where the product is offered and sold to a first purchaser - who then actively by requesting a code, or passively, through the purchase of the product, becomes a user of the commission system. This user is provided a code such that the code may be passed onto followers of the registered user. The registered user will be allowed to advertise the product to a second purchaser and the second purchaser will be allowed to purchase the product and provide advertisements to other purchasers. Commissions paid to respective downline purchasers for a single product may be limited by a preset number of defined levels. After a product is purchased, commissions are paid out to each respective purchaser according to the commission plan assigned to the user. Users may be assigned or may be able to select their own commission plan. The system may assign or suggest commission plans to the used to optimize metric such as sales or profit. The user may elect to donate an amount of their commission to entities such as charities.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne un système et un procédé destinés à permettre à des vendeurs de produits d'établir des produits individuels dans un système de commission de vente multiniveau (MLM), le produit étant proposé et vendu à un premier acheteur qui ensuite, activement en demandant un code, ou passivement par l'achat du produit, devient un utilisateur du système de commission. Un code est fourni audit utilisateur de sorte que le code puisse être transmis à des abonnés de l'utilisateur enregistré. L'utilisateur enregistré sera autorisé à faire la publicité du produit à un second acheteur et le second acheteur sera autorisé à acheter le produit et à proposer des publicités à d'autres acheteurs. Les commissions payées à des acheteurs en aval respectifs pour un produit unique peuvent être limitées par un nombre prédéfini de niveaux définis. Après l'achat d'un produit, des commissions sont payées à chaque acheteur respectif en fonction du plan de commission attribué à l'utilisateur. Des utilisateurs peuvent se voir attribuer ou peuvent être aptes à sélectionner leur propre plan de commission. Le système peut attribuer ou suggérer des plans de commission à l'utilisateur afin d'optimiser des mesures telles que les ventes ou le bénéfice. L'utilisateur peut choisir de donner une partie de sa commission à des institutions telles que des œuvres caritatives.
