Abstract
(EN) A method of treating microbial biomass (100) includes mixing the microbial biomass in a liquid to form a suspension (108), the microbial biomass having an initial color, and exposing the suspension to light (110) to form treated microbial biomass, the treated microbial biomass having a treated color. The treated color is lighter than the initial color. The microbial biomass can also have an initial taste and odor that are stronger than a treated taste and odor of the treated microbial biomass.
(FR) Un procédé de traitement de biomasse microbienne (100) comprend le mélange de la biomasse microbienne dans un liquide pour former une suspension (108), la biomasse microbienne ayant une couleur initiale, et l'exposition de la suspension à de la lumière (110) pour former une biomasse microbienne traitée, la biomasse microbienne traitée ayant une couleur traitée. La couleur traitée est plus claire que la couleur initiale. La biomasse microbienne peut également avoir un goût et une odeur initiaux qui sont plus forts qu'un goût et une odeur traités de la biomasse microbienne traitée.
