Abstract
(EN) Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a method of producing a cracking catalyst. The method of producing a cracking catalyst may comprise producing a plurality of uncalcined zeolite-beta nanoparticles via a dry-gel method, directly mixing the plurality of uncalcined zeolite-beta nanoparticles with at least one additional hydrocracking component to form a mixture, and calcining the mixture to form the cracking catalyst. The plurality of uncalcined zeolite-beta nanoparticles may have an average diameter of less than 100 nm.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé de production d'un catalyseur de craquage. Le procédé de production d'un catalyseur de craquage peut comprendre la production d'une pluralité de nanoparticules de zéolite-bêta non calcinée par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé de gel-sec, le mélange directe de la pluralité de nanoparticules de zéolithe-bêta non calcinée avec au moins un constituant d'hydrocraquage supplémentaire pour former un mélange, et la calcination du mélange pour former le catalyseur de craquage. La pluralité de nanoparticules de zéolite-bêta non calcinée peut avoir un diamètre moyen inférieur à 100 nm.
