Abstract
(EN) An acoustic wave device for performing at least one of emitting acoustic energy into a fluid and receiving the acoustic energy from the fluid. The device includes a substrate with a cavity that is configured to hold the fluid. A resonator with a piezoelectric crystal is mounted to the substrate and extends over the cavity with the piezoelectric crystal including a first surface that faces away from the cavity and a second surface that faces towards the cavity. A first electrode is mounted on the first surface. A second electrode is mounted on the second surface. The resonator and cavity are configured to focus acoustic energy that is emitted from the resonator into the cavity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif à ondes acoustiques permettant d'effectuer au moins une émission d'énergie acoustique dans un fluide et de recevoir l'énergie acoustique provenant du fluide. Le dispositif comprend un substrat ayant une cavité qui est configurée pour contenir le fluide. Un résonateur avec un cristal piézoélectrique est monté sur le substrat et s'étend sur la cavité, le cristal piézoélectrique comprenant une première surface qui est tournée à l'opposé de la cavité et une seconde surface qui fait face à la cavité. Une première électrode est montée sur la première surface. Une seconde électrode est montée sur la seconde surface. Le résonateur et la cavité sont configurés pour focaliser l'énergie acoustique qui est émise par le résonateur dans la cavité.
