Abstract
(EN) The present invention refers to a radiation curable composition, comprising 51-100 wt% of a cationic curable resin, further comprising a cycloaliphatic epoxide, at least one vinyl compound, selected from the group consisting of methyl vinyl glycolate (MVG), vinyl glycolic acid (VGA) and an ester or polyester of MVG or of VGA, and a cationic photoinitiator. The cationic curable resin may also comprise a monooxetane compound, having one oxetane group and/or a polyoxetane compound, having at least two oxetane groups. Optionally the radiation curable composition of the invention comprises 0-49 wt% of a free-radical curable resin, further comprising a (meth)acrylate monomer or oligomer, and a free-radical photoinitiator. The invention further refers to a coating, ink or adhesive comprising the radiation curable composition of the present invention and to a three-dimensional object obtained through 3D printing using the radiation curable composition of the present invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition durcissable par rayonnement, comprenant 51 à 100 % en poids d'une résine durcissable cationique, comprenant en outre un époxyde cycloaliphatique, au moins un composé vinylique, choisi dans le groupe constitué par le méthyl vinyl glycolate (MVG), un acide glycolique de vinyle (VGA) et un ester ou un polyester de MVG ou de VGA, et un photoinitiateur cationique. La résine durcissable cationique peut également comprendre un composé de monooxétane, ayant un groupe oxétane et/ou un composé de polyoxétane, ayant au moins deux groupes oxétane. La composition durcissable par rayonnement de l'invention comprend éventuellement 0 à 49 % en poids d'une résine durcissable à radicaux libres, comprenant en outre un monomère ou oligomère de (méth)acrylate, et un photo-initiateur à radicaux libres. L'invention concerne en outre un revêtement, une encre ou un adhésif comprenant la composition durcissable par rayonnement de la présente invention et un objet tridimensionnel obtenu par impression 3D à l'aide de la composition durcissable par rayonnement de la présente invention.
