Abstract
(EN) Components of bioluminescent systems are widely used reagents for a large number of assays, including diagnostic systems, quality control systems, drug trial systems and the like. The present group of inventions discloses components of the bioluminescent system of Henlea petushkovi and Henlea rodionovae (Henlea sp.) worms, in particular bioluminescence cofactor (activator) molecules. The present group of inventions further discloses a method for identifying luciferase in biological samples using bioluminescence cofactor (activator) molecules from Henlea petushkovi and Henlea rodionovae (Henlea sp.) worms, and a method for detecting bioluminescence in a biological sample.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composants de systèmes bioluminescents qui sont largement utilisés comme réactifs dans une pluralité d'analyses, y compris des systèmes de diagnostic, des systèmes de contrôle qualité, des systèmes de test de préparations médicamenteuses, etc. Ce groupe d'inventions décrit des composants de systèmes bioluminescents de ver Odontosyllis undecimdonta, notamment de luciférine et de pré-luciférine. Ce groupe d'inventions concerne en outre un procédé de révélation de luciférase dans des échantillons biologiques en utilisant la luciférine et la pré-luciférine du système bioluminescent du ver Odontosyllis undecimdonta, ainsi qu'un procédé de détection de bioluminescence dans un échantillon biologique.
(RU) Компоненты биолюминесцентных систем - широко используемые реагенты для множества анализов, включая диагностические системы, системы контроля качества, системы тестирования лекарственных препаратов и т.д. Настоящая группа изобретений раскрывает компоненты биолюминесцентной системы червей Henlea petushkovi и Henlea rodionovae (Henlea sp.), в частности молекул кофакторов (активаторов) биолюминесцентной реакции. Кроме того, настоящая группа изобретений раскрывает метод выявления люциферазы в биологических образцах с использованием молекул кофакторов (активаторов) биолюминесцентной реакции червей Henlea petushkovi и Henlea rodionovae (Henlea sp.), а также способ детекции биолюминесценции в биологическом образце.
