Abstract
(EN) A pivot joint (4,4') for elements of a fluid transport system. A first pivot member (5) is connectable to a first element of the fluid transport system and a second pivot member (6) to a second element. Through the pivot joint a liquid-tight liquid flow channel can be established. The first pivot member comprises a larger cage (52) and a smaller cage (50). Each defines a pivot point for a respective rotatable part of the second pivot member mated with the respective cage. Each of the cages has a cage space in which the respective rotatable part is confined. The cage space is delimited by an inner surface. The inner surface forms a running surface (54,56) over which a contact surface (600,620) of the rotatable part is rotationally movable around the pivot point in a direction of rotation from the second element side towards the first element side. The curvature of the running surface in the direction of rotation determines the location of the pivot point. The smaller cage has a smaller running surface (54) and the larger cage has a larger running surface (56). The smaller running surface has a sharper curvature in the direction of rotation than the larger running surface. The larger running surface projects in a tangential direction from the second element side towards the first element side and parallel to the direction of rotation, beyond a second pivot member side edge of the smaller running surface.
(FR) L'invention concerne un joint pivotant (4,4') pour des éléments d'un système de transport de fluide. Un premier élément pivotant (5) peut être relié à un premier élément du système de transport de fluide et un second élément pivotant (6) à un second élément. Grâce au joint pivotant, un canal d'écoulement de liquide étanche aux liquides peut être établi. Le premier élément pivotant comprend une cage plus grande (52) et une cage plus petite (50). Chacune définit un point de pivotement pour une partie rotative respective du second élément pivotant associé à la cage respective. Chacune des cages comprend un espace de cage dans lequel la partie rotative respective est confinée. L'espace de cage est délimité par une surface intérieure. La surface interne forme une surface de roulement (54, 56) sur laquelle une surface de contact (600, 620) de la partie rotative est mobile en rotation autour du point de pivotement dans une direction de rotation allant du côté du second élément vers le côté du premier élément. La courbure de la surface de roulement dans le sens de rotation détermine l'emplacement du point de pivotement. La plus petite cage possède une surface de roulement plus petite (54) et la plus grande cage possède une surface de roulement plus grande (56). La surface de roulement plus petite présente une courbure plus prononcée dans le sens de rotation que la surface de roulement plus grande. La surface de roulement plus grande fait saillie dans une direction tangentielle du côté du second élément vers le côté du premier élément et parallèle au sens de rotation, au-delà d'un second bord latéral de l'élément pivotant de la surface de roulement plus petite.
