Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a radish seed extract having an increased content of sulforaphene, a method for processing radish seeds, a radish seed extract, prepared by the method, having an enhanced content of sulforaphene, and a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition for prevention or treatment of obesity, fatty liver, or metabolic syndromes or a feed additive composition for prevention or alleviation of obesity, fatty liver, or metabolic syndromes, each composition comprising the radish seed extract. In the method according to an aspect, radish seeds can be processed in an optimal roasting temperature condition to have a moisture content that allows for maintaining the stability of sulforaphene, which is vulnerable to moisture, whereby an extract containing a large amount of sulforaphene can be prepared from radish seeds. In addition, the extract has an enhanced content of sulforaphene, compared to that obtained by conventional extraction methods and as such, can be widely used in pharmaceutical, vegetable, and feed additive compositions for prevention, alleviation, or treatment of obesity, fatty liver, or metabolic syndromes.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode de préparation d'un extrait de graines de radis ayant une teneur accrue en sulforaphène, une méthode de traitement de graines de radis, un extrait de graines de radis, préparé selon la méthode, à teneur accrue en sulforaphène, et une composition pharmaceutique ou une composition alimentaire de prévention ou de traitement de l'obésité, de la stéatose hépatique ou des syndromes métaboliques, ou une composition d'additif alimentaire de prévention ou de soulagement de l'obésité, de la stéatose hépatique ou des syndromes métaboliques, chaque composition comprenant l'extrait de graines de radis. Dans un aspect de la méthode, les graines de radis peuvent être traitées dans une condition de température de torréfaction optimale afin de présenter une teneur en humidité permettant de maintenir la stabilité du sulforaphène, qui est vulnérable à l'humidité, ce qui permet la préparation d'un extrait contenant une grande quantité de sulforaphène à partir de graines de radis. De plus, l'extrait présente une teneur accrue en sulforaphène par rapport à celui obtenu par des méthodes d'extraction classiques, et peut ainsi être largement utilisé dans des compositions d'additifs pharmaceutiques, végétaux et alimentaires de prévention, de soulagement ou de traitement de l'obésité, de la stéatose hépatique ou de syndromes métaboliques.
(KO) 설포라핀의 함량을 증대시킨 내복자 추출물의 제조방법, 내복자의 가공방법, 상기 방법을 통하여 수득한 설포라핀의 함량이 증대된 내복자 추출물, 및 상기 내복자 추출물을 포함하는 비만, 지방간, 또는 대사증후군의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 식품 조성물 및 예방 또는 개선용 사료 첨가제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 일 양상의 방법은 최적의 로스팅 온도 조건을 통하여 수분에 취약한 설포라핀의 안정성을 유지할 수 있는 내복자의 수분함량을 가질수 있도록 가공할 수 있으므로, 내복자로부터 설포라핀을 다량 포함하는 추출물을 제조할 수 있다. 또한 상기 추출물은 통상의 방법에 의한 추출방법보다 설포라핀의 함량이 증대되어 있으므로 비만, 지방간, 또는 대사증후군의 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 약학, 식물 및 사료 첨가제 조성물로 널리 활용될 수 있다.
