Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide designed using a computational biological method to bind to a specific site of domain 4 of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, a method for preparing the polypeptide, and a use of the polypeptide. Serving as a new diagnostic and therapeutic agent for cancer, the novel polypeptide according to the present invention is expected to substitute for conventional antibodies.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau polypeptide conçu à l'aide d'un procédé biologique numérique pour se lier à un site spécifique du domaine 4 du récepteur 2 du facteur de croissance épidermique humain, un procédé de préparation du polypeptide et une utilisation du polypeptide. Servant de nouvel agent diagnostique et thérapeutique pour le cancer, le nouveau polypeptide selon la présente invention est censé remplacer les anticorps classiques.
(KO) 본 발명은 계산생물학 방법을 이용해 인간 상피세포 증식인자 수용체 2형의 도메인 4의 특정 위치에 결합하도록 설계된 신규 폴리펩티드, 상기 폴리펩티드의 제조방법 및 상기 폴리펩티드의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 신규 폴리펩티드는 새로운 암 진단 및 치료제로써 기존의 항체를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
