Abstract
(EN) The present invention is a method for determining whether a test subject sample is contaminated by a positive control sample during a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) process. A target nucleotide sequence and a specific artificial nucleotide sequence are inserted into a positive control, and a probe for determining false-positives which binds to some sequences of target nucleotides and some sequences of specific artificial nucleotides is designed. According to the present invention, by confirming the presence or absence of a specific artificial nucleotide sequence in a test subject, false positives can be determined simply and accurately.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer si un échantillon de sujet test est contaminé par un échantillon témoin positif pendant un processus de réaction en chaîne par polymérase (PCR). Une séquence nucléotidique cible et une séquence nucléotidique artificielle spécifique sont insérées dans un témoin positif, et une sonde pour déterminer des faux positifs qui se lient à certaines séquences de nucléotides cibles et certaines séquences de nucléotides artificiels spécifiques sont conçues. Selon la présente invention, en confirmant la présence ou l'absence d'une séquence nucléotidique artificielle spécifique chez un sujet test, des faux positifs peuvent être déterminés de manière simple et précise.
(KO) 본 발명은 중합효소 연쇄반응(PCR) 과정 중, 양성 대조군 시료에 의한 검사 대상군 시료의 오염 여부를 판단하기 위한 방법이다. 양성 대조군에 타겟 뉴클레오타이드 서열 및 특정 인공 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 삽입하고, 타겟 뉴클레오타이드의 일부 서열 및 특정 인공 뉴클레오타이드의 일부 서열과 결합하는 위양성 판단용 프로브를 설계한다. 본 발명에 따르면 검사 대상군 내 특정 인공 뉴클레오타이드 서열의 존부를 확인하여, 위양성 여부를 간단하고 정확하게 판단할 수 있다.
