Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a graft copolymer preparation method and a graft copolymer, the method comprising the steps of: injecting a first molecular weight control agent, a diene-based rubber polymer, a vinyl aromatic monomer and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer together into a reactor to initiate polymerization; and continuously injecting, after initiation of polymerization, a second molecular weight control agent, a vinyl aromatic monomer and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer into the reactor to perform polymerization, wherein the second molecular weight control agent comprises an alkylstyrene-based dimer and a mercaptan-based compound in a weight ratio of 40.0:60.0 to 70.0:30.0, and the weight ratio of the first molecular weight control agent and the second molecular weight control agent is 5.0:95.0 to 25.0:75.0.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un copolymère greffé et un copolymère greffé, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : injecter conjointement un premier agent de régulation du poids moléculaire, un polymère de caoutchouc à base de diène, un monomère aromatique vinylique et un monomère à base de cyanure de vinyle dans un réacteur pour initier la polymérisation ; et injecter en continu, après l'initiation de la polymérisation, un second agent de régulation du poids moléculaire, un monomère aromatique vinylique et un monomère à base de cyanure de vinyle dans le réacteur pour effectuer la polymérisation, le second agent de régulation du poids moléculaire comprenant un dimère à base d'alkylstyrène et un composé à base de mercaptan qui sont présents selon un rapport pondéral variant de 40,0/60,0 à 70,0/30,0, et le rapport pondéral entre le premier agent de régulation du poids moléculaire et le second agent de régulation du poids moléculaire varie de 5,0/95,0 à 25,0/75,0.
(KO) 본 발명은 반응기에 제1 분자량 조절제, 디엔계 고무질 중합체, 비닐 방향족계 단량체, 및 비닐 시아나이드계 단량체를 일괄 투입하여 중합을 개시하는 단계; 및 중합 개시 후, 상기 반응기에 제2 분자량 조절제, 비닐 방향족계 단량체 및 비닐 시나이드계 단량체를 연속 투입하여 중합을 수행하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제2 분자량 조절제는 알킬 스티렌계 다이머 및 머캅탄계 화합물을 40.0:60.0 내지 70.0:30.0의 중량비로 포함하고, 상기 제1 분자량 조절제와 제2 분자량 조절제의 중량비는 5.0:95.0 내지 25.0:75.0인 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법 및 그라프트 공중합체에 관한 것이다.
