Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a secondary battery and an apparatus for manufacturing a secondary battery. The method for manufacturing a secondary battery, according to the present invention, comprises: an accommodation step for forming a cell by accommodating, in a pouch, an electrode assembly in which electrodes and separators are alternately stacked, an electrolyte, and one side of an electrode lead connected to the electrodes; an activation step for charging and activating the cell; a press step for roll-pressing the cell by sequentially pressing the cell through a pressing roll after the activation step; and a degasification step for discharging gas inside the cell to the outside after the press step.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une batterie secondaire et sur un appareil de fabrication d'une batterie secondaire. Le procédé de fabrication d'une batterie secondaire, selon la présente invention, comprend : une étape de réception pour former une cellule en logeant, dans une poche, un ensemble d'électrodes dans lequel des électrodes et des séparateurs sont empilés en alternance, un électrolyte, et un côté d'un fil d'électrode connecté aux électrodes ; une étape d'activation pour charger et activer la cellule ; une étape de pressage pour presser par rouleau la cellule en pressant de manière séquentielle la cellule à travers un rouleau de pressage après l'étape d'activation ; et une étape de dégazéification pour décharger le gaz à l'intérieur de la cellule vers l'extérieur après l'étape de pressage.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차전지 제조방법 및 이차전지 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 이차전지 제조방법은, 전극과 분리막이 교대로 적층된 전극 조립체, 전해액 및 상기 전극과 연결된 전극 리드의 일측부를 파우치에 수용하여 셀을 형성시키는 수용공정; 상기 셀을 충전하여 활성화 시키는 활성화공정; 상기 활성화 공정 후에 상기 셀을 가압롤을 통해 순차가압하여 롤 프레스하는 가압공정; 및 상기 가압 공정을 거친 후 상기 셀의 내부 가스를 외부로 배출시키는 디개스공정을 포함한다.
