Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a preparation method and preparation apparatus for perfluoromethylvinyl ether. The preparation method and preparation apparatus according to the present invention can prepare perfluoromethylvinyl ether having high purity and high yield, and have adopted a preparation method for trifluoromethoxy tetrafluoropropinoyl fluoride which is an intermediate product having high yield and thus have the effect of improving the yield of the entire process including perfluoromethylvinyl ether which is a final material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation et un dispositif de préparation d'éther perfluorométhylvinyle. Le procédé et le dispositif de préparation fournis par la présente invention sont capables de préparer de l'éther perfluorométhylvinyle avec une pureté élevée et un haut rendement, et adoptent un procédé de préparation de fluorure trifluorométhoxy tétrafluoropropinoyle qui est un produit intermédiaire ayant un rendement élevé, ce qui a pour effet d'améliorer le rendement de tout le processus notamment de l'éther perfluorométhylvinyle qui est un matériau final.
(KO) 본 발명은 퍼플루오로메틸비닐에테르의 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 제조 방법 및 제조장치는 고순도 및 고수율의 퍼플루오로메틸비닐에테르 제조가 가능하며, 높은 수율을 갖는 중간체인 트리플루오로메톡시 테트라플루오로프로피노일 플루오라이드 제조방법을 채택하여 최종물질인 퍼플루오로메틸비닐에테르를 포함한 전체 공정의 수율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
