Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to: a biomarker composition for predicting the prognosis of brain disease caused by microplastic exposure; and a use thereof. More particularly, it was confirmed that polyethylene microspheres (PS) in a mouse animal model orally administered with the PS penetrate brain tissue to change the level of metabolites inside the brain tissue and the diversity of intestinal microorganisms, thereby causing brain disease, and thus the present invention is intended to provide a biomarker composition for predicting the prognosis of brain disease caused by microplastic exposure, and a method for predicting the prognosis of brain disease using same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de biomarqueur pour prédire un pronostic d'une affection cérébrale provoquée par une exposition aux microplastiques et une utilisation associée. Plus particulièrement, il a été confirmé que des microsphères de polyéthylène, dans un modèle animal de souris à qui les microsphères de polyéthylène ont été été administrées par voie orale avec, pénètrent le tissu cérébral pour modifier le niveau de métabolites à l'intérieur du tissu cérébral et la diversité de microorganismes intestinaux, provoquant ainsi une affection cérébrale. La présente invention est donc destinée à fournir une composition de biomarqueur pour prédire le pronostic d'une affection cérébrale provoquée par une exposition microplastique et un procédé pour prédire le pronostic d'affection cérébrale l'utilisant.
(KO) 본 발명은 미세플라스틱 노출에 의해 유도되는 뇌질환 예후 예측용 바이오마커 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리에틸렌 미세구체(PS)가 경구투여된 마우스 동물모델에서 PS가 뇌 조직에 침투하여 뇌 조직내 대사물질 수준을 변화시키고, 장내 미생물 다양성의 변화시켜 뇌질환을 유도하는 것을 확인함에 따라, PS 노출이 의심되는 개체의 다양한 생체 변화 수준을 확인하고, 미세플라스틱에 의해 유도되는 뇌질환의 예후를 예측하기 위한 바이오마커 조성물 및 이를 이용한 뇌질환 예후 예측 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
