Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a method for preparing a titanium-resin bonded product, comprising the steps of: a first pore formation step of dipping, in a first solution, a substrate comprising titanium, and etching same to form pores on the substrate, in order to improve the adhesive strength between a resin and the substrate comprising titanium; a second pore formation step of dipping the substrate, which has the pores formed in the first pore formation step, in a second solution and etching same to form other pores; an electrolysis step of dipping, in an electrolytic solution, the substrate having passed through the second pore formation step, so as perform electrolysis; and a molding step of bonding the substrate and a polymer resin, and then performing injection molding, wherein the first solution is a basic solution having a pH greater than 7 and the second solution is an acidic solution having a pH less than 7.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un produit lié à une résine de titane, comprenant les étapes suivantes : une première étape de formation de pores consistant à plonger, dans une première solution, un substrat comprenant du titane, et à graver ce dernier pour former des pores sur le substrat, afin d'améliorer la force d'adhérence entre une résine et le substrat comprenant du titane ; une seconde étape de formation de pores consistant à plonger le substrat, dont les pores ont été formés dans la première étape de formation de pores, dans une seconde solution et à graver ce dernier pour former d'autres pores ; une étape d'électrolyse consistant à plonger, dans une solution électrolytique, le substrat ayant traversé la seconde étape de formation de pores, de manière à réaliser une électrolyse ; et une étape de moulage consistant à lier le substrat à une résine polymère, puis à réaliser un moulage par injection, la première solution étant une solution basique présentant un pH supérieur à 7 et la seconde solution étant une solution acide présentant un pH inférieur à 7.
(KO) 본 발명은 티타늄을 포함하는 기재와 수지 간의 접착력 개선을 위해, 티타늄을 포함하는 기재를 제 1 용액에 침지 및 에칭하여 상기 기재에 포어를 형성하는 제 1 포어 형성단계; 상기 제 1 포어 형성 단계에서 포어가 형성된 상기 기재를 제 2 용액에 침지 및 에칭하여 또 다른 포어를 형성하는 제 2 포어 형성단계; 상기 제 2 포어 형성 단계를 거친 기재를 전해액에 침지시켜 전해를 수행하는 전해단계; 및 상기 기재와 고분자 수지를 접합시킨 후 사출성형하는 성형단계를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 용액은 pH>7 초과의 염기성, 상기 제 2 용액은 pH<7 미만의 산성 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-수지 접합체 제조방법을 제공한다.
