Abstract
(EN) A display device can comprise: a substrate including a plurality of pixel areas that have first and second areas; and a pixel provided in each of the pixel areas. The pixel can comprise: a pixel circuit unit which is provided in the first area and which has a bottom metal layer provided on the substrate, at least one transistor provided on the bottom metal layer, and an interlayer insulation layer provided on the transistor; and a display element unit which is provided in the second area and which includes a plurality of light-emitting elements for emitting light, an insulation pattern provided on each of the light-emitting elements, and a bank that is adjacent to the light-emitting elements. The interlayer insulation layer and the insulation pattern can include the same material.
