Abstract
(EN) A display device may comprise: a substrate including a plurality of pixel areas each having first and second areas; and pixels provided at the pixel areas. The pixels may comprise: a pixel circuit part provided at the first area and including a bottom metal layer provided at the substrate and at least one transistor provided at the bottom metal layer; and a display element part provided at the second area and including first and second electrodes spaced apart from each other and a plurality of light emitting diodes arranged between the first and second electrodes to emit light. The first and second electrodes and the bottom metal layer may be provided at the same layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage qui peut comprendre : un substrat comprenant une pluralité de zones de pixels ayant chacune des première et seconde zones ; et des pixels disposés au niveau des zones de pixels. Les pixels peuvent comprendre : une partie de circuit de pixel disposée au niveau de la première zone et comprenant une couche métallique inférieure disposée au niveau du substrat et au moins un transistor disposé au niveau de la couche métallique inférieure ; et une partie d'élément d'affichage disposée au niveau de la seconde zone et comprenant des première et seconde électrodes espacées l'une de l'autre et une pluralité de diodes électroluminescentes disposées entre les première et seconde électrodes pour émettre de la lumière. Les première et seconde électrodes et la couche métallique inférieure peuvent être disposées au niveau de la même couche.
