Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an earth leakage circuit breaker, and the earth leakage circuit breaker comprises: a current detection unit that detects a current flowing in a circuit; a trip unit that cuts off a connection between the circuit and a load when a trip control signal is received; a feature detection unit that detects a positive peak value, a negative peak value, an RMS value, a fundamental wave magnitude, and a third harmonic ratio from the current detected by the current detection unit, and calculates an average magnitude value for a preset period of one cycle; and a control unit that first determines the detected current as either a first leakage current having a preset waveform or a second leakage current having a waveform different from the preset waveform on the basis of a ratio of the detected peak values, and when it is determined that the detected current is the first leakage current as a result of the first determination, outputs the trip control signal to the trip unit on the basis of at least one of the RMS value, the third harmonic ratio, and the fundamental wave magnitude, and the average magnitude value.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un disjoncteur de fuite à la terre, et le disjoncteur de fuite à la terre comprend : une unité de détection de courant qui détecte un courant circulant dans un circuit ; une unité de déclenchement qui interrompt une connexion entre le circuit et une charge lorsqu'un signal de commande de déclenchement est reçu ; une unité de détection de caractéristique qui détecte une valeur de pic positive, une valeur de pic négative, une valeur RMS, une amplitude d'onde fondamentale et un troisième rapport harmonique à partir du courant détecté par l'unité de détection de courant, et calcule une valeur d'amplitude moyenne pour une période prédéfinie d'un cycle ; et une unité de commande qui détermine d'abord le courant détecté comme un premier courant de fuite ayant une forme d'onde prédéfinie ou un second courant de fuite ayant une forme d'onde différente de la forme d'onde prédéfinie sur la base d'un rapport des valeurs de pic détectées, et lorsqu'il est déterminé que le courant détecté est le premier courant de fuite suite à la première détermination, délivre le signal de commande de déclenchement à l'unité de déclenchement sur la base de la valeur RMS, et/ou du troisième rapport harmonique et/ou de l'amplitude d'onde fondamentale, et/ou de la valeur d'amplitude moyenne.
(KO) 본 발명은 누전 차단기 및 그 누전 차단기에 대한 것으로, 전로에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부와, 트립 제어 신호가 수신되면 전로와 부하 사이의 연결을 차단하는 트립부와, 전류 검출부에서 검출된 전류로부터, 양의 피크값과 음의 피크값, 실효값, 기본파 크기, 3고조파 비율을 검출 및, 기 설정된 1주기 동안의 크기 평균값을 산출하는 특징 검출부 및, 검출된 피크값들의 비율에 근거하여 상기 검출된 전류를, 기 설정된 파형을 가지는 제1 누설 전류 또는 상기 기 설정된 파형과 다른 파형을 가지는 제2 누설 전류 중 어느 하나로 1차 판단하고, 상기 1차 판단 결과 상기 검출된 전류가 상기 제1 누설 전류로 판단되는 경우, 상기 실효값, 3고조파 비율 및 기본파 크기 중 적어도 하나와 상기 크기 평균값에 근거하여 상기 트립 제어 신호를 상기 트립부로 출력하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
