Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a matte-finish reinforced zirconia abutment suitable for digital scanning, which uses zirconia powder corresponding to standard colors on a shade guide, and thereby can conveniently provide a quality abutment that is similar to natural teeth and completely overcome the problem of titanium abutments being difficult to apply to digital scanning due to reflection of light caused by gloss, and which also greatly improves the durability of abutments by improving an overall processing method. The method consists of: a main ingredient preparation step (S10) for pulverizing zirconia into nano-sized particles; a main ingredient coloring step (S20) for preparing a main ingredient for different colors by agitating a resin color solution formed of a mixture of a coloring pigment and a compound in which at least one chemical material is mixed with the main ingredient; a molded body formation step (S30) for acquiring a molded body by introducing the main ingredient into a molding device; a first heat-treatment step (S40) for performing a first calcination on the molded body and subjecting same to furnace cooling for 3-4 hours; a second heat-treatment step (S50) for forming a composite molded body by having glass powder for impregnation and distilled water melt-infiltrated into parts partly sintered in the first calcination process; and a fitting hole formation step (S60) for punching, on top of the composite molded body, a fitting hole into which a fastening bolt to be fitted with a fixture is inserted.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un pilier en zircone renforcé à finition mate adapté pour balayage numérique, qui utilise de la poudre de zircone correspondant à des couleurs standard sur un nuancier, et peut ainsi fournir de façon pratique un pilier de qualité qui est similaire aux dents naturelles et résout complètement le problème des piliers en titane difficiles à appliquer à un balayage numérique en raison de la réflexion de la lumière causée par le brillant, et qui améliore en outre grandement la durabilité de butées en améliorant un procédé de traitement global. Le procédé comprend : une étape de préparation d’ingrédient principal (S10) pour pulvériser de la zircone en particules nanométriques ; une étape de coloration d’ingrédient principal (S20) pour préparer un composant principal pour différentes couleurs par agitation d’une solution de résine colorante formée d’un mélange d’un pigment colorant et d’un composé dans lequel au moins un matériau chimique est mélangé avec l’ingrédient principal ; une étape de formation de corps moulé (S30) pour acquérir un corps moulé par introduction du composant principal dans un dispositif de moulage ; une première étape de traitement thermique (S40) pour effectuer une première calcination sur le corps moulé et soumettre celui-ci à un refroidissement au four pendant 3 à 4 heures ; une deuxième étape de traitement thermique (S50) pour former un corps moulé composite en amenant une poudre de verre pour imprégnation et de l’eau distillée à être infiltrées à l’état fondu en parties partiellement frittées dans le premier processus de calcination ; et une étape de formation de trou d’ajustement (S60) pour poinçonner, au-dessus du corps moulé composite, un trou de montage dans lequel un boulon de fixation devant être ajusté avec un dispositif de fixation est inséré.
(KO) 본 발명은 쉐이드 가이드의 표준 색상에 대응하는 지르코니아 분말을 사용함으로써 자연치에 근접한 품질의 어버트먼트를 간편하게 제공할 수 있음과 동시에 광택에 의해 빛이 반사되어 디지털 스캐닝이 어려웠던 티타늄 어버트먼트의 문제점을 완벽하게 극복하고, 덧붙여 전반적인 가공방식을 개선하여 어버트먼트의 내구성을 적극 향상시킬 수 있는 디지털스캐닝에 적합한 무광택의 강화 지르코니아 어버트먼트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 지르코니아를 나노 크기의 입자로 분쇄하는 주원료 준비단계(S10);와, 주원료에 적어도 하나 이상의 화학물질이 혼합된 화합물질과 색조안료의 혼합으로 이루어진 레진색상용액을 교반함으로써 주원료를 색상별로 준비하는 주원료 착색단계(S20);와, 성형장치에 주원료를 투입하여 성형체를 획득하는 성형체 생성단계(S30);와, 성형체를 1차 하소한 후 3~4시간 동안 노냉하는 1차 열처리단계(S40);와, 1차 하소과정에서 부분적으로 소결된 부위마다 함침용 유리분말과 증류수를 용융 침투시켜 복합 성형체를 형성하는 2차 열처리단계(S50);와, 복합 성형체의 상단에 픽스츄어와의 결합이 유도되는 체결볼트를 삽입하기 위한 결합공을 천공하는 결합공 형성단계(S60);로 구성된다.
