Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a check valve for a vehicle fuel tank and, more specifically, the objective of the present invention is to allow a flap to close a flow path formed in a cylindrical body while uniformly receiving the elastic support force of a spring. The present invention is achieved by comprising: a cylindrical body (200) to the lower portion of which an oil-feeding pipe (300) is fixedly coupled; and a valve member (100) fixedly coupled to the upper portion of the cylindrical body (200), wherein the valve member (100) comprises: a body (120) which is coupled to the upper portion of the cylindrical body (200) and which has a column part (121) having hinge protrusions (121a) that protrude from both the left and right sides thereof; a flap (110) having, thereon, a support part (111) in which insertion holes (111a), into which the hinge protrusions (121a) formed on the column part (121) of the body (120) are inserted, are penetratingly formed; a packing member (130) for maintaining airtightness between the flap (110) and the cylindrical body (200) and between the cylindrical body (200) and the body (120); and springs (140) for elastically supporting the upper surface of the flap (110) so that airtightness is maintained, the springs (140) for elastically supporting the upper surface of the flap (110) comprising double springs (140) respectively provided at the hinge protrusions (121a) formed at the left and right sides of the column part (121) of the body (120), so as to enable the center portion of the upper surface of the flap (110) to be elastically supported in a state in which the flap (110) is operated to rotate around the hinge protrusions (121a) so that the flow path of the cylindrical body (200) is closed, the column part (121) of the body (120), having the hinge protrusions (121a) that protrude from the left and right sides thereof, having a support protrusion (121b) extended upward to prevent the flap (110) from rotating at 90° or higher, and the column part (121) having a guide part (121c) curved on the front surface thereof, from which the support protrusion (121b) is extended upward, so as to allow the flap to move while the rear surface of the flap (110) comes in contact therewith when the flap (110) rotates around the hinge protrusions (121a).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un clapet de non-retour pour un réservoir de carburant de véhicule et, de façon plus précise, la présente invention a pour objet de permettre à un volet de fermer un trajet d'écoulement formé dans un corps cylindrique tout en recevant de manière uniforme la force de support élastique d'un ressort. La présente invention est réalisée en comprenant : un corps cylindrique (200) à la partie inférieure duquel un tuyau d'alimentation en huile (300) est couplé à demeure ; et un élément de clapet (100) couplé à demeure à la partie supérieure du corps cylindrique (200), l'élément de clapet (100) comprenant : un corps (120) qui est couplé à la partie supérieure du corps cylindrique (200) et qui comporte une partie en forme de colonne (121) ayant des saillies de charnière (121a) qui font saillie à la fois depuis les côtés gauche et droit de celui-ci ; un volet (110) sur lequel il y a une partie de support (111) dans laquelle sont formés de manière pénétrante des trous d'insertion (111a), dans lesquels sont insérées les saillies de charnière (121a) formées sur la partie en forme de colonne (121) du corps (120) ; un élément de conditionnement (130) pour maintenir une étanchéité à l'air entre le volet (110) et le corps cylindrique (200) et entre le corps cylindrique (200) et le corps (120) ; et des ressorts (140) pour supporter de manière élastique la surface supérieure du volet (110) de telle sorte que l'étanchéité à l'air soit maintenue, les ressorts (140) pour supporter de manière élastique la surface supérieure du volet (110) comprenant deux ressorts (140) disposés respectivement au niveau des saillies de charnière (121a) formées sur les côtés gauche et droit de la partie en forme de colonne (121) du corps (120) de sorte à permettre à la partie centrale de la surface supérieure du volet (110) d'être supportée de manière élastique dans un état dans lequel le volet (110) est actionné pour tourner autour des saillies de charnière (121a) de telle sorte que le trajet d'écoulement du corps cylindrique (200) soit fermé, la partie en forme de colonne (121) du corps (120), ayant les saillies de charnière (121a) qui font saillie depuis les côtés gauche et droit de celui-ci, ayant une saillie de support (121b) étendue vers le haut pour empêcher le volet (110) de tourner à 90° ou plus, et la partie en forme de colonne (121) ayant une partie de guidage (121c) incurvée sur la surface avant de celle-ci, à partir de laquelle la saillie de support (121b) est étendue vers le haut de sorte à permettre au volet de se déplacer pendant que la surface arrière du volet (110) vient en contact avec celle-ci lorsque le volet (110) tourne autour des saillies de charnière (121a).
(KO) 본 발명은 자동차의 연료탱크용 체크밸브에 관한 것으로서, 더욱더 상세하게는 플랩이 균등하게 스프링의 탄지력을 제공받으면서 원통형의 몸체에 형성된 유로를 폐쇄시키도록 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 급유관(300)이 하부에 고정되게 결합되는 원통형 몸체(200)와, 상기 원통형 몸체(200)의 상부에 고정되게 결합되는 밸브부재(100)로 구성되고, 상기 밸브부재(100)는 힌지돌기(121a)가 좌우 양측으로 돌출형성된 기둥부(121)를 가지며 원통형 몸체(200)의 상부에 결합되는 몸체(120)와, 상기 몸체(120)의 기둥부(121)에 형성된 힌지돌기(121a)가 삽입되는 삽입공(111a)이 관통되게 형성된 지지부(111)가 상부에 형성된 플랩(110)과, 상기 플랩(110)과 원통형 몸체(200) 및 상기 원통형 몸체(200)와 몸체(120) 사이의 기밀이 유지되도록 하는 패킹재(130)와, 상기 플랩(110)의 상부면을 기밀이 유지되도록 탄지하는 하는 스프링(140)으로 구성되고, 상기 플랩(110)의 상부면을 탄지하는 하는 스프링(140)이 몸체(120)의 기둥부(121) 좌우 양측에 형성된 힌지돌기(121a)에 각각 설치되어 상기 플랩(110)이 원통형 몸체(200)의 유로가 폐쇄되도록 힌지돌기(121a)를 중심으로 회전 작동된 상태에서 상기 플랩(110)의 상부면 중앙부위를 탄력지지할 수 있도록 더블 스프링(140)으로 구성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 힌지돌기(121a)가 좌우 양측으로 돌출 형성된 몸체(120)의 기둥부(121)에는 플랩(110)이 90°이상 회전되는 것이 방지되도록 하는 지지돌기(121b)가 상부로 연장 형성되고, 상기 지지돌기(121b)의 상부로 연장 형성된 기둥부(121) 전면에는 플랩(110)이 힌지돌기(121a)를 중심으로 회전시 상기 플랩(110)의 후면이 접촉되면서 이동되도록 하는 가이드부(121c)가 만곡지게 형성되는 것에 의해 달성된다.
