Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a display apparatus using a semiconductor light-emitting device, the display apparatus comprising: a base substrate; a row driver which provides 3-state first signals including a high, a ground, and a low signal; a column driver which provides 2-state second signals including a high and a low signal; and a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices provided on the base substrate, wherein the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices include a first semiconductor light-emitting device and a second semiconductor light-emitting device which are connected to the row driver and the column driver in different pole directions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'affichage utilisant un dispositif électroluminescent à semi-conducteur, l'appareil d'affichage comprenant : un substrat de base ; un circuit d'attaque de rangée qui fournit des premiers signaux à 3 états comprenant un signal élevé, un signal de masse et un signal bas ; un circuit d'attaque de colonne qui fournit des seconds signaux à 2 états comprenant un signal haut et un signal bas ; et une pluralité de dispositifs électroluminescents à semi-conducteur disposés sur le substrat de base, la pluralité de dispositifs électroluminescents à semi-conducteur comprenant un premier dispositif électroluminescent à semi-conducteur et un second dispositif électroluminescent à semi-conducteur qui sont connectés au circuit d'attaque de rangée et au circuit d'attaque de colonne dans différentes directions de pôle.
(KO) 본 발명은, 반도체 발광 소자를 이용한 디스플레이 장치에 있어서, 베이스 기판, 하이(high), 그라운드(ground) 및 로(low)를 포함하는 3-state의 제1 신호를 제공하는 로우(row) 드라이버, 하이(high) 및 로(low)를 포함하는 2-state의 제2 신호를 제공하는 컬럼(column) 드라이버, 및 상기 베이스 기판 상에 구비된 복수의 반도체 발광 소자를 포함하고, 복수의 반도체 발광 소자는 상기 로우 드라이버 및 상기 컬럼 드라이버에 서로 다른 극 방향으로 연결되는 제1 반도체 발광 소자 및 제2 반도체 발광 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
