Abstract
(EN) Conventional methods for analyzing interactions have been unsatisfactory for detecting weak interactions. The present invention was achieved by recognizing that this problem could be solved by a method for evaluating the interaction between an immobilized substance immobilized directly or indirectly on a substrate and a proximity-dependent modifying enzyme-labeled substance to be analyzed.
(FR) Les méthodes classiques d'analyse d'interactions ont été insatisfaisantes pour détecter des interactions faibles. La présente invention a été obtenue en reconnaissant que ce problème pouvait être résolu par une méthode d'évaluation de l'interaction entre une substance immobilisée immobilisée directement ou indirectement sur un substrat et une substance marquée par une enzyme de modification dépendante de la proximité à analyser.
(JA) 従来の相互作用解析方法では、弱い相互作用を検出するには不十分であった。 基板に直接又は間接的に固定化した固定化物質と近接依存性修飾酵素標識された解析対象物質の相互作用の評価方法が、上記課題を解決することができることを確認して、本発明を完成した。
