Abstract
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a graphite sheet having excellent ease of peeling from a lightly adhesive film. This problem is solved by a production method for a graphite sheet having a thermal diffusivity of at least 8.0 cm2/s and interlayer strength of at least 100 gf/inch, the method comprising a step for heat treating, at 2400°C or higher, a polyimide film that contains 0.05 wt% to 0.30 wt% of inorganic particles and 0.055 wt% to 0.097 wt% of a phosphorus-containing non-metal additive.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une feuille de graphite présentant d'excellentes propriétés de pelage à partir d'un film légèrement adhésif. Ce problème est résolu par un procédé de production d'une feuille de graphite ayant une diffusivité thermique d'au moins 8,0 cm2/s et une résistance intercouche d'au moins 100 gf/pouce, le procédé comprenant une étape de traitement thermique, à 2400 °C ou plus, un film de polyimide qui contient 0,05 % en poids à 0,30 % en poids de particules inorganiques et 0,055 % en poids à 0,097 % en poids d'un additif non métallique contenant du phosphore.
