Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a sulfide-based solid electrolyte used for a lithium ion secondary battery. The sulfide-based solid electrolyte comprises an argyrodite-type crystals represented by the composition formula Lia–M–Zb–Hac, in which M, Z, and Ha are at least one element selected from predetermined elements; Z includes S; and a, b, and c of the composition formula represent the content ratio (unit: at%) of each element, and satisfy 5 < a < 7, 4 < b < 6, and 0 < c < 2. The maximum distance between the Li/Li-ions in the crystals is 2.54 Å or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un électrolyte solide à base de sulfure pour une batterie au lithium-ion. L'électrolyte solide à base de sulfure comprend un cristal de type argyrodite représenté par la formule de composition Lia–M–Zb–Hac, dans laquelle M, Z et Ha sont au moins un élément choisi parmi des éléments prédéterminés ; Z comprend S ; et a, b et c de la formule de composition représentent le rapport de teneur (unité : % at.) de chaque élément, et satisfont à 5 < a < 7, 4 < b < 6 et 0 < c < 2. La distance maximale entre les ions Li/Li- dans les cristaux est inférieure ou égale à 2,54 Å.
