Abstract
(EN) Provided is a manufacturing method by which hollow fine particles containing a fluorine-containing resin and having a large average particle diameter can be manufactured. This manufacturing method for hollow fine particles is characterized by including: a dispersion step for dispersing, in water, a solution containing a fluorine-containing monomer, a phase separation promoter, and a non-polymerizable solvent to obtain a dispersion; and a polymerization step for polymerizing the fluorine-containing monomer to obtain hollow fine particles containing a fluorine-containing resin.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication par lequel des fines particules creuses contenant une résine fluorée et ayant un grand diamètre de particules moyen peuvent être fabriquées. Ce procédé de fabrication de fines particules creuses est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de dispersion pour disperser, dans l'eau, une solution renfermant un monomère fluoré, un promoteur de séparation de phase et un solvant non polymérisable pour obtenir une dispersion ; et une étape de polymérisation pour polymériser le monomère fluoré afin d'obtenir de fines particules creuses contenant une résine fluoré.
(JA) 含フッ素樹脂を含み、平均粒径が大きい中空微粒子を製造することができる製造方法を提供する。含フッ素モノマー、相分離促進剤及び非重合性溶剤を含む溶液を水に分散させて分散液を得る分散工程、及び、前記含フッ素モノマーを重合して、含フッ素樹脂を含む中空微粒子を得る重合工程、を含むことを特徴とする中空微粒子の製造方法である。
