Abstract
(EN) A photocurable composition wherein the storage modulus at 135°C of a test piece P1, as measured by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement in which the storage modulus is measured at a measurement frequency of 1 Hz while increasing the temperature at an temperature increase range of 25-300°C and a temperature increase rate of 3°C/minute, is not less than 3.0×108 Pa, said test piece P1 being produced by: forming a cured layer P1 with a thickness of 50 μm by irradiating the photocurable composition with visible light having a wavelength of 405 nm at an irradiation quantity of 11 mJ/cm2; forming a rectangular plate-like shaped article P1 with a length of 40 mm, a width of 10 mm, and a thickness of 0.5 mm by laminating cured layers P1 in the thickness direction; and forming the rectangular plate-like test piece P1 with a length of 40 mm, a width of 10 mm, and a thickness of 0.5 mm by performing photofabrication with respect to the shaped article P1 using irradiation of ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 365 nm at an irradiation quantity of 3 J/cm2.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition photodurcissable dans laquelle le module de conservation à 135 °C d'une éprouvette P1, tel que mesuré par mesure de viscoélasticité dynamique dans laquelle le module de conservation est mesuré à une fréquence de mesure de 1 Hz avec une augmentation de la température sur une plage d'augmentation de température de 25 à 300 °C et une vitesse d'augmentation de température de 3 °C/minute, n'est pas inférieur à 3,0 x 108 Pa, ladite éprouvette P1 étant produite par : la formation d'une couche durcie P1 ayant une épaisseur de 50 µm par irradiation de la composition photodurcissable par de la lumière visible ayant une longueur d'onde de 405 nm à une quantité d'irradiation de 11 mJ/cm2 ; la formation d'un article en forme de plaque rectangulaire P1 ayant une longueur de 40 mm, une largeur de 10 mm et une épaisseur de 0,5 mm par stratification de couches durcies P1 dans la direction de l'épaisseur ; et la formation de l'éprouvette de type plaque rectangulaire P1 ayant une longueur de 40 mm, une largeur de 10 mm et une épaisseur de 0,5 mm par la mise en œuvre d'une photofabrication en ce qui concerne l'article façonné P1 à l'aide d'une irradiation par de la lumière ultraviolette ayant une longueur d'onde de 365 nm à une quantité d'irradiation de 3 J/cm2.
(JA) 光硬化性組成物であって、光硬化性組成物に対し波長405nmの可視光を照射量11mJ/cmにて照射して厚さ50μmの硬化層P1を形成し、硬化層P1を厚さ方向に積層させることにより、長さ40mm、幅10mm、厚さ0.5mmの矩形板形状の造形物P1を形成し、造形物P1に対し、波長365nmの紫外線を照射量3J/cmにて照射する条件の光造形により、長さ40mm、幅10mm、厚さ0.5mmの矩形板形状の試験片P1を作製し、試験片P1について、動的粘弾性測定により、昇温範囲25℃~300℃及び昇温速度3℃/分にて昇温しながら測定周波数1Hzにて貯蔵弾性率を測定した場合に、135℃における貯蔵弾性率が、3.0×10Pa以上である、光硬化性組成物。
