Abstract
(EN) A metal-air cell production method, comprising a first step in which an outer casing (for example, a first resin film 11), a water-repellent film (14), and a positive electrode (for example, an air electrode 15) are layered in this order. The first step includes a welding step for welding together the outer casing and the water-repellent film (14), and a crimping step for crimping together the water-repellent film (14) and the positive electrode. In the welding step, the outer casing and the water-repellent film (14) are welded together. After the first step, a portion of the outer casing on the inner side of a weld portion (141) formed in the welding step is removed to provide an opening (for example, an air intake opening 111) in the outer casing.
(FR) Procédé de production de cellule métal-air, comprenant une première étape dans laquelle un boîtier externe (p. ex., un premier film de résine 11), un film hydrofuge (14) et une électrode positive (p. ex., une électrode à air 15) sont stratifiés dans cet ordre. La première étape comprend une étape de soudage servant à souder ensemble le boîtier externe et le film hydrofuge (14), et une étape de sertissage servant à sertir ensemble le film hydrofuge (14) et l'électrode positive. Lors de l'étape de soudage, le boîtier externe et le film hydrofuge (14) sont soudés ensemble.
