Abstract
(EN) The present invention reduces the amount or kinds of sulfides used as a raw material in the production of a solid electrolyte member. A method for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte member comprises: a preparation step (S10) for preparing an aggregate of starting materials that include elemental sulfur, and a non-sulfide raw material that is at least one among elemental components which are other than sulfur and constitute a solid electrolyte member, and a compound of elements which are other than sulfur and constitute the solid electrolyte member; and a production step (S12) for heating the aggregate of the starting materials to produce the solid electrolyte member. The non-sulfide raw material does not include, except for inevitable impurities, elements other than elements that exclude sulfur and constitute the solid electrolyte member.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la quantité ou les types de sulfures utilisés en tant que matière première dans la production d'un élément électrolyte solide. Un procédé de production d'un élément électrolyte solide à base de sulfure comprend : une étape de préparation (S10) pour préparer un agrégat de matériaux de départ qui comprennent du soufre élémentaire, et une matière première non sulfure qui est au moins l'un parmi les constituants élémentaires qui sont autres que le soufre et qui constituent un élément électrolyte solide, et un composé d'éléments qui sont autres que le soufre et qui constituent l'élément électrolyte solide; et une étape de production (S12) pour chauffer l'agrégat des matériaux de départ afin de produire l'élément électrolyte solide. (JA) 固体電解質部材の製造にあたり、原料とする硫化物の量や種類を減らす。固体電解質部材の製造方法は、硫化物系の固体電解質部材の製造方法であって、単体硫黄と、固体電解質部材を構成する硫黄以外の元素の単体、及び固体電解質部材を構成する硫黄以外の元素同士の化合物の少なくとも1つである非硫化物原料と、を出発原料に含み、出発原料の集合物を準備する準備ステップ(S10)と、出発原料の集合物を加熱して固体電解質部材を生成する生成ステップ(S12)と、を含む。非硫化物原料は、不可避的不純物を除き、固体電解質部材を構成する硫黄を除いた元素以外の元素を含まない。
